The book is the story of a king with the love for birds, who learns that sometimes if you love something, you should let it go free.
The characters and clothing in this picture book are inspired by the Tudor dynasty. Since the story is a little bit dark at time, I want to create that atmosphere by the color tone. It was fun having a chance to loo learn about different bird species.
