Minh and the Magic Grains of Rice" is a picture book that follows Minh, a boy who dislikes eating rice. On his journey through rice folklore, he learns how to grow rice and discovers its importance to his culture.
For this project, I wanted to make it colorful and bright to create a fun and friendly tone, with different shape, form and color palette for each world. Along the way, readers can encounter Vietnamese references, making it a delightful adventure that celebrates the joy of food and heritage.
